What is Cardio?
What is cardio, cardio is when all the muscles of your body are being used to release energy and stamina. It helps make your muscles grow and get stronger. Another thing cardio does is simply keep your heart going. You have to be doing 20 MINS. of cardiovascular exercise for it to make your heart beat and rate faster. Which in some ways its good and bad.
Their are so many types of cardiovascular exercises a person can do to keep your heart going. For example anything that considers running is for example running up the stairs, jogging, hiking, and etc.
Not only running but also like swimming and playing any type of sport. Another thing thats more adultish is sex it actually keeps your heart working. So that is part of the list of cardiovascular exercises.
For example in me physical education class we either run or play a sport like basketball. Like were so close to summer something I would do to stay healthy is play at least an hour outside. Besides that I would also start to eat healthy. I would also stop eating a lot of junk food. So that answers the question to what is cardio.
